Booking and payment
Before any ticket is issued, your DLWAY agent will tell you the exact fare, taxes, DLWAY service fee, and accepted payment methods, and will ask for your approval.
24-hour cancellation
If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase and your flight departs at least 7 days from the purchase date, we will cancel the booking and refund the full ticket price and our service fee.
Cancellations after 24 hours
After the 24-hour window, refunds follow the airline's fare rules. Refundable fares are returned minus any airline penalty. Non-refundable fares are not refunded, but the airline may offer a travel credit or a change for a fee. Our service fee is not refundable after the 24-hour window.
Airline cancellations and schedule changes
If an airline cancels your flight or makes a significant schedule change and you do not accept the alternative offered, you may request a refund of the unused ticket in line with airline policy and applicable law.
Changes and name corrections
Changes are subject to airline fees, fare differences, and a DLWAY service fee. Contact us as soon as possible if a name on a ticket is wrong, as airlines often limit corrections.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to the original form of payment. Airlines typically take 7 to 20 business days to process them, and we will pass the funds on once received.
No-shows and unused tickets
Tickets that go unused or are missed are not refundable unless the fare rules allow it.

About DLWAY
DLWAY is a trade name of DLWAY GROUP LLC. We arrange air travel with third-party airlines. We are not an airline and do not operate flights.
Price estimates
Estimates shown on this website are approximate. They are based on route distance, cabin, number of travelers, and how far ahead you travel. They are not a fare quote, an offer, or a guarantee. Real fares change by airline, date, and availability, and the final price is confirmed by an agent before you book.
Booking
A booking exists only when an agent confirms it and the ticket is issued. Requesting an estimate does not reserve a seat.
Traveler responsibilities
You must give names exactly as they appear on your passport or government ID. You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health documents, and arriving on time for check-in and boarding.
Airline terms
Your travel is governed by the airline's conditions of carriage. Airlines, not DLWAY, are responsible for delays, schedule changes, baggage, and onboard service.
Fees
Any DLWAY service fee is disclosed before you approve a booking.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DLWAY GROUP LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking.
Privacy
The search tool runs in your browser. The details you enter are not sent to or stored by this website. Information you share by phone is used only to arrange your travel.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
