A. Refund & Advisory Cancellation Policy

• Single Advisory Sessions: DLWAY GROUP LLC offers a 100% money-back guarantee on a booked single-hour advisory session when canceled with at least 24 hours of advance written notice prior to the scheduled session time.
• Retainers & Multi-Day Audits: For long-term retainers and multi-day operational audit engagements, all work already completed and all hours already delivered are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• Ongoing Retainer Cancellation: Clients on ongoing support retainers must provide 15 days' written notice prior to the next scheduled billing cycle in order to cancel future recurring invoices. Notice received after this window will result in one additional billing cycle being processed.
• Enterprise Engagements: Bespoke enterprise architecture engagements are billed against agreed milestones. Completed milestones and delivered work product are non-refundable; only undelivered future milestones may be canceled per the signed statement of work.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to our advisory team via the contact details in the footer. Requests are confirmed in writing and, where eligible under this policy, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

B. Terms of Service & Enterprise Jurisdiction

• Governing Law: All corporate agreements, consulting contracts, and digital transactions entered into with DLWAY GROUP LLC are governed strictly by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Dispute Resolution: Any legal disputes, claims, or arbitration proceedings arising from DLWAY GROUP LLC's professional services must be filed and handled exclusively within the state or federal courts located in Delaware, DLWAY GROUP LLC's registered jurisdiction.
• Limitation of Liability: DLWAY GROUP LLC provides operational, strategic, and leadership recommendations only. Ultimate business decisions, execution, and associated risks remain entirely the responsibility of the client enterprise. DLWAY GROUP LLC's aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement.
• Confidentiality: All client information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with client consent.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. DLWAY GROUP LLC does not store full payment card details on its own servers.
